1. Returns
- Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.

Conditions for Return:
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Returns are not accepted for opened or consumed health care or medicine products due to safety and hygiene reasons.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
2. Refunds
- Once the return is received and inspected, you will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
3. Exchanges
- Direct exchanges are not offered. To exchange a product, return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact greenvedaofficial@gmail.com immediately with a photo of the item and packaging.
- A replacement or refund will be arranged promptly.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened, used, or consumed health care or medicine products.
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
- Products without original packaging or proof of purchase.
